Fall is in the Air!

Just a short post to kick things off. After weeks of temps in the 90's with 60-70% humidity the weather has finally started to cool off. I have been in the kitchen almost every night this week canning. And loving it. This year is the first time I have canned. I usually freeze everything but canning is easy. I will definitely be doing more of it.
